Terms of Service

By accessing or using LumberLinq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

LumberLinq is a cloud-based Timber Management System (TMS) operated by RIK Exim Pvt Ltd. It provides tools for tally sheet management, shipment tracking, export documentation, reconciliation reporting, storage management, and related business operations designed for timber exporters, sawmillers, traders, and freight forwarders.

You may register for an account using your email address or through a supported third-party authentication provider — currently Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Facebook. By using social login you also agree to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Service to process or store data in violation of applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, included limits, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase and on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you upload to or create within LumberLinq. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

We do not sell, share, or monetise your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your data), is the exclusive property of RIK Exim Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or licence to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

You may cancel your account at any time from within the application or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIK Exim Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
